ABOUT US
Since our founding in January 2022, 3DA — the Delegation for Developmental Disability Advocacy — has worked to make a difference in the lives of people with developmental disabilities nationwide. We provide resources, advocate for legal rights, and promote the use of assistive technology that helps individuals live more independently and confidently. Our mission is simple:
to create a more inclusive world where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

In early 2025, 3DA reached a major milestone by drafting its first piece of legislation — now recognized as Arizona HB2801. This landmark achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to advancing assistive technology access and innovation. The bill establishes an Assistive Technology Study Committee to develop and expand initiatives that empower individuals across Arizona.
